I was confounded by this decal to the point where I sent a panicked chat message to the seller at 9:30 pm. I was pleasantly surprised when someone actually answered! They patiently walked me through what I needed to do and I was able to successfully mount the decal. My daughter LOVES it in her new mermaid-themed bathroom.So, I give 5 stars for customer service and 4 stars for the decal itself. Everything turned out okay at the end, but it was tough getting the back off the decal. It's really lovely, though. I'd purchase from them again for sure.
