The chain and the font is different than pictured, the photo is very feminine, but what I received is very plain and masculine and I can’t gift it. So disappointed as this was a Christmas gift.The quality and weight feels very nice, but be aware that you won’t get what is pictured.GreatI received a defective product. I cannot open it to put it on and when I emailed them, they advised me to "try harder". Lol are you serious? What do you think I've been doing??
