Ordered it for my daughter who is graduating high school this spring. She has been accepted into a six year BA/MD program and plans to become an oncologist.We are proud of her and wanted to present with this small medical related piece of jewelry. It looks more delicate in pictures than in person plus pictures show the little heart part of stethoscope with mother of pearls ours came without it. It is also a tad bigger than we would have liked.
