This tag comes with an paper insert with fields for name, address, phone, and email address. The insert slips in the back of the tag, which has a slit in the material - there is absolutely no chance that the insert is going to fall out. The simulated leather material feels remarkably close to a real leather. The strap has two holes to adjust the size, though these are relatively close together - additional holes would be easy to add, if needed. This is a great addition to a musical instrument case (especially for identification in a storage room, while traveling, or while at a festival) as well as an actual piece of luggage - it will be going on my horn case. As of now, this tag has not ventured out into the world much, so I cannot yet speak to the longevity of the product. Overall, this seems to be another great Protec product.
